Discover your body, transform your inner self
The body as a territory for exploration
Lubarskydos is a space for movement research where the body is approached from its sensitive, expressive, and perceptive dimensions. Through somatic practices and dance, it proposes a form of exploration that goes beyond the ordinary, opening new possibilities for recording and awareness.
The work invites us to move beyond a merely functional use of the body and enter into an experience where movement becomes a language. A language capable of revealing, transforming, and expanding our self-perception.
Each encounter is a process in which the body guides, enabling the emergence of creativity, emotion, and the unknown. It's not about learning forms, but about developing the capacity to perceive, express, and inhabit movement from a deeper, more authentic place.

Who am I?
I am a dance teacher with extensive experience in the field of contemporary and postmodern dance, specializing in somatic practices, Contact Improvisation and Body Mind Centering (BMC).
My work focuses on exploring the body as a sensitive territory, capable of perceiving, expressing, and revealing. Over the years, I have developed an approach that integrates artistic practice, movement research, and facilitating processes, both individual and group-based.
From an empathetic and non-judgmental perspective, I offer spaces where each person can connect with their own body language, expanding their expressive capacity and conscious awareness. Movement is not approached from a technical or utilitarian standpoint, but as an experience that allows access to deeper dimensions of the body and creativity.

Works, processes and artistic journey
Over the years, the work has also developed in the performing arts and audiovisual fields, integrating improvisation, dance and performance as forms of research and expression.
This section brings together records of works, creative processes, and collaborations that reflect a living, constantly evolving practice. The material includes projects developed in diverse contexts, as well as participation in exhibitions, performance pieces, and documentary content.
These spaces allow one to approach the artistic dimension of the work, where movement unfolds as a language, exploring its expressive power, its sensitivity, and its ability to communicate.
Contact Improvisation Seminar
An intensive program that integrates practice and theory to explore Contact Improvisation from its physical, perceptual and pedagogical foundations.
This seminar offers training in Contact Improvisation that combines practical movement experience with a solid theoretical and pedagogical foundation. Through a structured approach, the fundamental principles of this practice are explored, understanding the body as a relational system, constantly adapting and listening.
The approach goes beyond simply learning techniques; it delves into understanding movement as a physical, perceptual, and relational phenomenon. Essential concepts are explored to develop greater efficiency, availability, and sensitivity in contact with other bodies.
In turn, the seminar incorporates pedagogical tools aimed at transmitting these contents, opening a space for reflection on how to teach, organize and communicate the practice of Contact Improvisation.
Level 1 — Fundamentals of Contact Improvisation
Introduction to the essential principles of Contact Improvisation, addressing the body from the perspective of perception, physics and the basic organization of movement.
Level 2 — Developing contact and relationship
Deepening the relationship with other bodies through shared movement, incorporating more complex dynamics.

ABOUT THE STUDY
Lubarskydos is a space for movement practice and research where the body is approached from its sensitive, perceptive, and expressive dimensions. It is not a conventional dance studio, but rather an environment where movement is explored as a language capable of revealing, communicating, and generating knowledge.
The work focuses on developing the capacity to perceive and inhabit the body beyond its usual use, expanding its expressive and creative possibilities. Through somatic practices and improvisation, a field of exploration opens up where the physical, the emotional, and the perceptual are integrated into a direct experience.
The space fosters a collaborative group work dynamic, where connection with others enhances individual exploration. In a supportive and non-judgmental environment, each person can develop their own process, exploring movement from an authentic and unique perspective.
